Provider-Specific Terms for Confluence AI Hygiene.

These terms supplement Atlassian's standard customizable end-user agreement for AI Readiness & Content Hygiene Inspector for Confluence. They do not restate the full standard agreement.

1. Application Of These Terms

These Provider-Specific Terms apply to AI Readiness & Content Hygiene Inspector for Confluence. They supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement made available through Atlassian Marketplace for this app.

In the event of a conflict between these Provider-Specific Terms and the standard agreement on app-specific support, privacy, or operating-detail disclosures, these Provider-Specific Terms control for those app-specific items only.

2. Provider Identity And Notices

The provider of the app is CodeTailor.

Support, security, and privacy notices may be sent to support@codetailor.com.

3. Support Policy Reference

The public support policy for the app is published at /atlassian-apps/support.

The currently published support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Europe/Lisbon). Published response targets are operating targets only and do not create service-credit obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

4. SLA Reference

No separate public SLA with service credits is currently offered for the app. Any published uptime, response, or support targets are explanatory operating targets unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

5. DPA Reference

Where CodeTailor processes Customer Personal Data on the customer's behalf through the app, the public DPA published at /data-processing-addendum applies.

6. App-Specific Product Boundaries

  • The app is for Confluence Cloud only.
  • Only Confluence space administrators can use the app.
  • The app currently uses rovo-ignore as a governance convention rather than a documented native Atlassian exclusion control.
  • The current app runtime is Forge-based and does not use external network egress.
